Our subscriptions are tiered based on the needs of your team as well as the number of active job slots in your company account. We don’t set a limit on the number of team members because we support collaborative hiring.
When you create a job — and use a job slot — in Recruitee, the job can have five statuses: draft, published, internal use, closed, or archived. A job is active when its status is published, internal use, or closed, because those statuses let you work on the job’s pipeline and candidates. A job is inactive and doesn’t count towards your job slots when it’s in draft or archived.
Recruitee exclusively makes use of data centers in the European Union and all data centers therefore fall outside the Patriot Act jurisdiction. Its main data centers are operated by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The services provided by AWS and GCP are ISO 27001, CSA STAR, and SOC 2 certified.
Personal data within your account will only be processed on your instructions, as set out in our processing agreement. In addition, we ensure that you have a range of features at your disposal to meet all obligations under the GDPR.
Security, availability, and scalability are the cornerstones of Recruitee’s strategy. All data transfers by Recruitee are encrypted. Physical and remote access to your data is strictly controlled and monitored. Furthermore, we have backups of your data in multiple data centers to make sure that it’s always available to you. Recruitee and our data centers are ISO 27001 certified.
For users on our Lead plan, we offer an SLA with a 99% uptime guarantee.
We offer two months free when you opt for a yearly plan.
We recommend you change your subscription to the Launch plan. With this, you have a couple of benefits:
1) Your careers site will be live to maintain your employer brand, and
2) You can source and import candidates to your talent pools for future hiring needs.
You can pay for any plan by credit card. Invoicing is possible for yearly plans that can be paid by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to change your payment method. Monthly plans must be paid by credit card.
