One of our secondary school girls have started a sewing project & learning to sew to help pay for their school essentials. Every penny is going into their school as the term starts.
The garments come in about 6 of these in different sizes for only a minimum of £20. The final products are not too perfect (see details around the zips) hence the sale price is kept low. The quality problem exists mainly because few more machines and resources are needed to assist in perfecting the finer details of producing garments, the girls are putting in too much time into learning and mastering the craft. Mopane Foundation strongly believes they will succeed in this business.
